-Personal Statement
Hi!
I'm Linda Mattingly, and I live here in Atlanta with my husband, Basil
Mattingly, and our three children. Both my husband and I have 
been
involved in real estate in some fashion for more than twenty years. My husband
is currently a law school professor at Georgia State University, where he
teaches real estate law. I recently started my own company, HOMETURA
after many years as a real estate agent with what I consider to be
Atlanta's premier real estate firm, RE/MAX of Buckhead.
Over the years, my husband and I have purchased several properties ourselves, either as our personal home or as investments. So I know the personal concerns that each of you face when buying or selling real estate. I have also represented numerous clients, as their agent, in the purchase or sale of millions of dollars worth of property. I was a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club, the RE/MAX Platinum Club. I am a life member the Million Dollar Club, and a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors. Generally speaking, what this means is that I am among the group of the most successful real estate agents in Atlanta.
My job is to assist you with all your real estate needs, and to put my experience to work for you so your transaction goes smoothly. I enjoy the process, and I strive hard to surpass your expectations. However, my primary philosophy is to treat people like I want to be treated - fairly and honestly. Unlike other agents you may have encountered in the past, you will not find me pushy or high pressured. The decision to buy or sell is your decision, and only you can make that decision. But I can help by honestly answering your questions and providing you with the information you need to make that decision. And I promise to do so in a prompt and responsive fashion. I can also assist you with all the time consuming details of the transaction that your busy schedule probably would not permit you to do on your own.
