Once wilderness area between the Creek and Cherokee nations, Drew Valley is now an Atlanta subdivision that offers location, affordability, and friendliness. Drew Valley began to be developed in 1954 by Norwood Realty, and, together with its sister subdivision Wawona Forest, consists of approximately 800 households. Most of the homes were originally constructed as 1,300 to 1,500 square-foot brick cottages or ranches. These homes were typically constructed as three bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath homes, but people have renovated over the years, often adding rooms. Hardwood floors are typically found in the homes.

Drew Valley is located in an area north of North Druid Hills Road but south of Dresden, between Peachtree Road N.E. and Buford Highway. It is a convenient location for easy access to I-85 and downtown, as well as access to shopping and services. Both the Brookhaven Marta station and the Chamblee Marta station provide easy access to the rapid transit.

The Drew Valley subdivision is in Dekalb County, and is located in the 30319 zip code.

From downtown, take I-85 north to the North Druid Hills Road exit, go left to Buford Highway, and then turn right onto Buford Highway. Enter the Drew Valley subdivision by turning left onto Drew Valley Road.

You can get door-to-door driving directions to any address in Drew Valley by using Mapquest. An address to use solely for the purpose of obtaining directions is 2400 Drew Valley Road.
