Avensong is located in Alpharetta in north Fulton County. Its location provides easy access to Ga. 400 for commutes into the city of Atlanta. The Avensong subdivision is primarily in the 30004 zip code, but some homes have 30005, 30201, or 30202 as their zip code.

From downtown, take Ga. 400 north to Exit 11, and turn left on Windward. At the end of Windward, turn right on Hwy. 9, then right on Deerfield Parkway.  Avensong will be to the left after turning onto Deerfield Parkway.

You can get door-to-door driving directions to any address in Avensong by using Mapquest. An address to use solely for the purpose of obtaining directions is 3333 Avensong Village Circle.

Homes in Avensong have proven to be a popular choice with homebuyers. Houses located there are typically listed for sale in the low 120's to mid 160 thousand dollar range, with an occasional listing in the high 100s.
