Linda took the time to meet with us, talk with us many times, and really listen
to what we wanted in a home. Unfortunately, nothing fitting our needs was on the
market at the time, but Linda assured us that she would not stop working for us
until she found a home for us!
She took it upon herself to contact all the homeowners
in the area with homes matching our requirements. Several weeks and hundreds of
hours of work later, Linda called us with a home that she thought might work for
us. After we looked at the home, we decided to make an offer, and Linda went to
work for us again, helping us prepare the offer and negotiate a contract that
was acceptable to both us and the sellers. Even after getting the contract
accepted and signed, Linda continued to make sure that things went smoothly. We
had purchased a home before, but we had forgotten how much was involved in the
process and how frustrating it could be at times. Linda was invaluable during
this process, and made sure the sale went smoothly for both us and the sellers
all the way through closing, and has continued to follow-up even after the sale.
We've worked with other real estate agents before, but
have never received the level of service that Linda provided us........
